Trai had last year recommended auction of about 8,644 MHz of telecom frequencies, including those for 5G services, at an estimated total base price of Rs 4.Trai Monday also asserted that it may not be correct to assume that only the existing China Wood Cutting Vertical Band Saws Machine Manufacturers licensees will participate in the auction. The regulator has, however, yielded ground on the issue of lock-in period it had previously recommended for spectrum in 3300-3600 MHz band (for eligibility on spectrum trading).DCC, the apex decision-making body at the telecom department, felt that Telecom Regulatory Authority of India (Trai) should revisit its 2018 suggestions keeping in mind the governments larger objective of digital proliferation, broadband for all and inclusive 5G services. The telecom regulator has now suggested a lower lock-in period of two years for this band against 5 years prescribed earlier.Last month, amid an industry disquiet over the pricing of spectrum, Digital Communications Commission (DCC) had decided to ask Trai to reconsider its spectrum recommendations, to ensure competition and greater participation of larger set of players in auctions slated for 2019.9 lakh crore, but the financially-stressed industry that is buckling under high debt, had argued that proposed prices are unaffordable and exorbitant."Authority recommends that no rollout obligations should be mandated for spectrum in 3300-3600 MHz band."In view of the above, the authority reiterates the spectrum valuation and reserves prices as contained in its recommendations dated August 1, 2018," Trai said.New Delhi: Regulator Trai on Monday stuck to its recommendation on base price and valuation of spectrum, including for 5G radiowaves, making it clear to the telecom department that it has considered "all relevant factors" while giving views on prices. "The auction is an open process and there is always a possibility of additional players participating in the process," Trai said.In its detailed response to the telecom department on Monday, Trai said it had considered all the relevant factors, including the methodology, assumptions, developments between the spectrum auction in 2016 and its suggestions of August 1, 2018, and the rationale for spectrum valuation and reserve price while giving its recommendations. Some industry players had pointed out that the average price of 5G band auctioned in countries like South Korea, Spain, the UK and Italy comes out to be Rs 84 crore/MHz, whereas Trais recommended price for the same band is 5 to 6 times higher at Rs 492 crore/MHz. Further, lock-in period for spectrum in this band for becoming eligible for spectrum trading should be same as in other bands that is 2 years," Trai said. ادامه مطلب

Four youth, Abid Anwar, Jeevan Padmakumar, Neha Venugopal and Akash V. As a Kerala-based band, the biggest hurdle they could have faced is the correct pronunciation and dialect because unlike today, lyrics and their correct pronunciation were pretty important back then. Abid says covering the songs of legends like Rafi and Kishore Kumar is a big deal. “With practice, we tackled it and now the best feature of our vocals is the way we sing it. Since we started off, we have never heard any complaints regarding pronunciation,” shares Abid.” YKB has upcoming shows in India and in Malaysia and is planning to do an official launch of their new project. We decided to add a twist in the tale and brought out the cover versions of their songs,” says Abid Anwar, actor and one of the vocalists of the band. The video did a round on social media sites and amassed over two lakh views. But as far as we do not mess with the beauty and soul of the song, they would appreciate us. We all are Rafi fans and love the golden age of Bollywood that saw legends like Rafi, Mukesh, Kishore Kumar, Latha China wood drying kilns Manufacturers Mangeshkar, and Asha Bhonsle. The maestro has inspired thousands of singers and continues to do so with his evergreen songs. And, it is making waves with beautiful covers. “Audiences easily compare the cover version with the original one, and obviously, the original song will excel always. Now, they are members of a band that is solely dedicated to yesteryear legends like Rafi saheb. The band recently produced their first official video for a cover song under the title Yaadon Ki Baaraat - A Tribute to the Legends. Abid says that those experiences helped them give maximum output after they formed a band. Yaadon Ki Baaraat or YKB, the Kochi-based band, celebrates the songs of the master. The band has already performed in various cities in India. All the four vocalists have a background of participating in reality shows in Kerala and have experiences of performing before large audiences as solo performers or with other groups..H.Muhammed Rafi’s soulful rendering of Chahoonga Main Tujhe, once, moved none other than Pandit Jawaharlal Nehru to tears. Doing covers is a big task, especially if you are covering the works of legends.“YKB was our dream. - all blessed singers – grew up listening to Muhammed Rafi and he inspired them to become singers, too. ادامه مطلب

Of which, Debjeet shares, “Yes, the plan is to travel extensively across India’s metropolitan cities i. “We don’t intent to go viral, if it does, great. Kolkata, Delhi, Mumbai, Chennai and the like.. there’s also a lot of buzz around their eight city tour. Touching upon topics like the ‘Selfie mania’, letting go of toxic relationships and stimagtisation of the Queer community; the idea behind it all sprouted out of a need to break away from the shackles – of what’s considered ‘ perfect’.With a brand new album and a multi-city tour on the cards; exciting times lie ahead for the band. Prior to the gig on September 15, which marked the album’s launch, the band was promoting unique merchandise on their page. This will be followed by some brainstorming sessions of ways to rustle up more interesting and exciting music for the times ahead.”With 15k followers on their official Facebook page, the band’s social media marketing is on point. “There’s no denying that we have received tremendous support since day one. We’d like to believe that our music encomprises elements of pop, progressive rock, hard rock, R&B, blues and jazz. The whole album is inspired by 80s music, and we wanted to focus on different aspects of life, while keeping the happy vibe,” begins Debjeet Basu, guitarist of the band.“There was no agenda behind the creation of A Strange Connection. Most of the metros have often been very kind to us. That said, we are also looking at making a place for ourselves in the music video industry,” shares Debjeet. But. Bengaluru band Perfect Strangers was formed in the year 2013, and it wasn’t long until their vibe synced with unbridled music buffs across the country. Speaking of which, Pranav adds,“Some of the tracks address contemporary issues, like the cycle of abuse in toxic relationships (Blow-Up Doll), another track titled the Selfie is a satirical take on whether what you appear to be is who you actually are.” The band is optimistic about striking a chord with listeners of a broad spectrum. The album, which took a year to transpire into reality, aims to give listeners a reality check about the lives they lead. Every song has a very strong meaning, and is written based on the life experiences of the band members.e.The band, which has created a niche for itself, hopes to do a lot for the music scene in general. With the support comes the motivation to work harder. But, the whole idea of conjuring up an album like this was to build a connect with a listener irrespective of his/ her age or what they are going through. The album, inspired by real life conversations, took a year to transpire into reality. We get chatty. We hope the tracks are relatable and people who take time out to listen to Wood Cutting Vertical Band Saws Machine us feel it’s worth it,” Pranav signs off. Barely a week since the album launch, and the band is prepping for an eight-city tour across India in November. Exactly five years later, they launched their debut album, A Strange Connection, early last week. We plan on performing our originals as well as songs from our debut album. All the eight tracks have something in store for everyone. They like to keep it real, raw and frills-free. ادامه مطلب

Even budget fitness-tracking smartwatches have become cheaper.Xiaomi was all the rage with its range of fitness trackers in the country back China wood band saw when the original Mi band launched. The Mi Band 4 is set to be launched at a Xiaomi event on September 17. A great fitness tracker at pretty much the same price as its predecessor, the Mi Band 4 was a total market disruptor—was! Also read: Mi Band 4 Review: So good, it makes the Mi Band 3 look ancient. This prompts us to wonder if launching the Mi Band 4 in India now makes sense. The Chinese brand outdid itself with the Mi band 2 that came with a screen and better battery life. The USP of the Mi Band 4 was its colour AMOLED screen that offered endless customisation, and its six-axis sensor setup that offered pretty much twice the accuracy in all its tracking abilities. The product offered an affordable yet quality fitness tracker in the segment for people who either couldn’t afford the much more expensive Fitbits or didn’t want to. Not just that, the Mi Bands also came from a brand people had heard of and could trust. They may not pack the customisability of the Mi Band 4, but offer more on functionality. That changed with Mi band 4.But perhaps the greatest strength of Xiaomi’s fitness trackers was their timely relevance. But now colour screens have become a common phenomenon with the latest Honor Band offering it. A few examples are watches available from Huami, ZeBlaze and AQFit. The fitness tracker was easily the best one Rs 3,000 could buy back when it launched months ago in China, but it has started to the age now and brands have been coming out with newer features that the Mi Band 4 misses out on. The brand even made pretty much the perfect fitness tracker in under Rs 2000 with the Mi Band 3. Their fitness trackers, just like their phones and other products (they even have beard trimmers now, and a water purifier on the way) came into the market with features that were unheard of at that particular time. Watches, which are usually more expensive, are now available for under Rs 5,000 with bigger colour screens and all the tracking abilities of the Mi Band along with missing features like SPO2 (blood-oxygen-level) tracking. ادامه مطلب
